Once more, the students from Dania Academy of Higher Education in Randers receive training from the best in the business. This week, the second semester service economists attended a special workshop featuring Denmark’s most successful mystery shopping company.
CEO and Co-Founder of Shoptimezer, Henrik Have gladly accepted the invitation from international coordinator Simon Lind Fischer. After the introduction and additional preparation, the students were offered the opportunity to become certified mystery shoppers. As usual, the theoretical part of the seminar was accompanied by practical implementation. The participants were invited to go exercise their brand new qualification as mystery shoppers on a 2-hour and a half visit to Randers Storcenter.
Shortly after their return, the students were anxious to share their experiences and to ask Henrik Have questions. The guest speaker offered genuine feedback and advice while gladly responding to the students’ questions.
All in all, the attendees left home with a Mystery Shopping Certification alongside with the relevant knowledge to include in their resumés while lecturers and study coordinators promise to continue bringing companies at Dania for more exciting workshops.
